Job Description:

  • Provide expertise in design, development and implementation of data management and analytics application.
  • Provide functional and technical guidance to business teams when needed.
  • Conduct business meetings with customers to determine project requirements and
    milestones.
  • Compare operational progress against planned project objectives and suggest corrective actions for variances.
  • Review the project information to identify the risks and opportunities and present it to the key leaders.
  • Develop best practices to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop positive working relationships with customers and other department staff.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.

Qualification / Experience / Skill Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related.
  • Preferably with 2 more years of analytics/BI experience.
  • Experience in any of the following products will be an advantage:
  • IBM DataStage, IBM Cognos, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau BI Tool, Talend ETL Tool, SSIS.
  • Manage customer communications for project support, AND project support services revenue.
  • Manage technology partner communications for technology updates and improvements.
  • Assist in solution & technology Pre-Sales for POCs, presentation & demos
