Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the Workplace Transformation Project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines
  • Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and budget tracking
  • Oversee the implementation of IT infrastructure and networking solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards
  • Communicate project status, challenges, and milestones to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to drive project progress
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in IT infrastructure management
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, mentoring junior team members as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of -8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network project management
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale IT transformation projects, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Less experience will consider Assistant PM position
