Job Description:
- Lead and manage the Workplace Transformation Project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and budget tracking
- Oversee the implementation of IT infrastructure and networking solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards
- Communicate project status, challenges, and milestones to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to drive project progress
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in IT infrastructure management
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, mentoring junior team members as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of -8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network project management
- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT transformation projects, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Less experience will consider Assistant PM position
