Job Description:

• Design services integrations based on Microsoft Azure PaaS components
• Manage incidents with ITIL practices and SLA management
• Liaise with different business units and lead coordinated efforts to resolve incidents
• Report and escalate issues to top management, and to handle problem management

Requirements:

• 10+ years of IT working experience
• 4+ years of experience on integration and architecting solutions experience
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure Components APIM, Function APP, Logic App etc.
• Experience with API development and managing a full lifecycle API development platform
• Skilled in CI/ CD, Cloud integrations, Network and Security
• Deep knowledge and skilled in Integration Middleware platforms and API Gateway
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices is a plus
