JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Design, develop and implement new software applications to meet business requirement
• Formulate program specifications and basic prototypes
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience
• Test code periodically to ensure it produces the desirable results and perform debugging when necessary
• Provide technical support for existing applications, troubleshooting issues and resolving user problems
• Manage incident and problem tickets, ensuring timely resolution
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• System enhancement and program development. •
• Understanding of technical documentations and functionality.
• Perform periodic system maintenance.  Ensure system uptime and meeting SLA.
• System issues / bugs reported being resolved on time.
• Ensure the application latest patches installed and tested.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

•  Bachelor Degree in Information System Engineering / Computer Science.
• Knowledge and experience on API development and integrations with 3rd party systems.
• Ability to code/program in languages such as Java, Java script, .NET, PHP, Python.
• Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Springboots, Apache).
• Excellent knowledge with relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies.
• Ability to perform testing with secured platform (eg Maven).
• Detail-oriented and excellent concentration ability.
• Demonstrable ability to discover and fix errors in code.
