Software development of core Exchange trading and market data functionalities
Provide technical support on mission critical systems for HKEX cash markets systems
Collaborate across various technology teams to build, deploy and rollout the low latency trading infrastructures
Responsible for carrying out production support
Assess technological risk and drive actions for mitigation
Establish technical excellence and standard following industry best practices
Uphold compliance with organization policies and standards
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of relevant technical experience. Experience of working in Banking, Financial Services, or related industry is a must.
Solid skills in Java JDK 11 or latest, Spring, JavaScript, React and Redis
Solid skills in Web application development, Linux application development and network programming
Solid experience in both front-end and back-end development
Advantage in In-memory DB and event driven architecture
Experienced in systems integration, configuration management and environment management
Experienced in technical testing and deployment is an added advantage
Good understanding of enterprise server setup and network topology is an added advantage
Strong problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented, able to deliver the best quality of work on planning, coordination and execution
