Responsibilities:
Enhance engineering standards, tools, and processes
Prototype, design, and contribute to core library enhancements
Redesign critical application features
Review code quality, technical design, and architectural principles
Monitor and optimize system performance
Provide comprehensive documentation for application changes
Collaborate with global team members and stakeholders in various projects
Implement and adhere to agile development principles and CI/CD/CM practices
Demonstrate leadership and a strong commitment to team goals
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and development using Java and Javascript (ReactJS)
Strong Core Java skills with Object-Oriented design experience
Proficient in domain-driven and event/message-driven architectures (e.g., MQs, Kafka)
Experience with microservices and caching technologies
Skilled in relational and document databases for high data volume processing
Quick learner with an understanding of functional system processes
Experience in DevOps and Agile development
Experience with DevOps and cloud deployments
Expertise in designing and building scalable platforms
Desire to learn functional domain
