Work you’ll do:

  • Generate consumer insights and market opportunities through consumer & market trend, industry & category trend, public or private domain data insight etc.
  • Design variety of marketing program, communication plan and campaign for activating consumers across whole lifecycle.
  • Drive innovative projects or pilots through new way of engagement, experiences, capability (data, technology etc.)
  • Conduct Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly business review and provide new actions on following marketing & sales initiatives.
  • Consider end user experience throughout the development cycle to deliver requirements and enhance adoption.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing or a related field
  • At least 2 years or more of post-qualification client facing and business operation service delivery experience, preferably in Digital Marketing
  • Solid knowledge of Marketing & eCom business operations enabled by data and technology, including CRM, DTC, Social engagement, performance media etc.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Ability to gather, consolidate, prepare data and conduct basic analysis on Digital Customer to provide preliminary insights.
  • Ability to learn, understand and apply the training knowledge of the basics of Deloitte’s methodology and tools in the area of Digital
  • Customer solutions and collaborate with team towards implementation of solutions.
