Responsible for storage hardware maintenance and after-sales service of storage devices
Provide onsite support to check/ fix/ replace parts for servers and computers in Data Centers for banks and government facilities
Perform storage inspection and management
Participate in daily system operation and maintenance, including configuration and maintenance of network devices, system monitoring, and troubleshooting
Assist the team in completing other related operation and maintenance work
Requirements:
Degree Holder of IT, Computer Studies, or any relevant discipline
DELL D-PST-MN-A-24 (Dell PowerStore Maintenance Achievement) and/or D-ISM-FN-23 (Dell Information Storage and Management Foundations 2023) certificate is a MUST
Good attitude and politeness with good communication skills in both Chinese and English
Proactive team player, detail-minded and responsible
Willing to take night shift and overnight shift works
Permanent Hong Kong Resident is preferred. Expected Salary in CV is needed for consideration
