Act as the project manager of Data Analytics Projects to interpret trends, insights, performance gaps or opportunities.
work closely with user departments as to assess and reframe problem statement and to evaluate insights from data analysis results
Work closely with both internal and external technical resources to deliver data insights and themed data with the use of advance statistical and computation tools
Represent the Data Analytics team in presenting data analytics updates to all stakeholders
Act as the domain expert of airport operations within the team
Assist in defining standard and governance regarding data analysis including tools and system architecture
Nurture and support data literacy within HKIA
Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Transportation Management or other related disciplines
A minimum of 6 years’ relevant work experiences in airport operations with at least 3 years in delivering enhancement projects with the use of data analytics; and at least 2 years in managing airport operations in meeting departmental KPI
Good exposure and experience in managing data analysis
Hands-on experience in data processing and associated toolkits, such as PowerBI, Tableau, SQL and Excel.
Experience in data modelling and analytics using Python or R is an advantage
Good communication and organizing skills
Proficient in MS Office applications Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
